Yes! Colorado is one of the few states where you can legally marry yourselves — no officiant or witnesses required. This makes it ideal for private, just-the-two-of-you ceremonies.

3. What’s the best time of year to elope in Colorado?
Late summer to early fall (July–October) is most popular for mountain elopements, thanks to warm weather, wildflowers, and colorful aspens. September and October are the least busy.
